Since entering private practice, Jackson has secured several multi-million-dollar verdicts and settlements throughout the state. He primarily focuses on product liability, wrongful death, and complex litigation on behalf of individuals who are harmed by corporations.

Meet Jackson:
Jackson graduated near the top of his class at the University of Georgia School of Law in 2021, after earning several academic honors and awards throughout law school. Jackson then spent three years at the United States Court of Appeals for the Eleventh Circuit, where he drafted opinions and orders in criminal and civil appeals from Alabama, Florida, and Georgia. The United States Court of Appeals for the Eleventh Circuit is one of the highest federal courts in the country, sitting directly below the U.S. Supreme Court.
Jackson also worked alongside judges for the Georgia Court of Appeals and the Georgia State-Wide Business Court prior to joining McDonald & Cody. Drawing on his judicial experience and background as a third-generation attorney, Jackson turns nuanced legal challenges into successful results for clients.
